EasyPep ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the EasyPep mobile application (the "App").

Data You Provide: Peptide vial information, dose logs, weight entries, and notes you enter into the App. All of this data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
Apple HealthKit Data: With your explicit permission, the App reads and writes body mass (weight) data to Apple HealthKit. We only access the specific data types you authorize. HealthKit data is never sent to external servers.
Subscription Data: If you subscribe to EasyPep Pro, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To perform peptide reconstitution and dose calculations
- To track your vial inventory, dose schedule, and weight history
- To sync weight data with Apple Health (when authorized)
- To generate PDF reports for your personal or clinical use
4. Data Storage and Security
All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate external servers or cloud databases. Your information never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it (e.g., exporting a PDF).
5. Third-Party Services
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any third party.
6. Apple HealthKit
Our use of Apple HealthKit complies with Apple's HealthKit guidelines. Specifically:
- HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes
- HealthKit data is not sold to third parties
- HealthKit data is not shared with third parties without your consent
- We only access body mass data — no other health metrics are read or written
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App and on this page with an updated effective date.
