By downloading, installing, or using EasyPep (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
EasyPep is a peptide dose calculator and tracking tool. It provides reconstitution calculations, vial inventory management, dose logging, weight tracking, and report generation.
3. Medical Disclaimer
EasyPep does not provide medical advice. All calculations are theoretical and based solely on the values you enter. Individual factors such as syringe dead-space, absorption rates, and individual physiology are not accounted for.
The App is intended as a reference tool only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before administering any substance. You assume full responsibility for how you use the information provided by the App.
4. Accuracy of Calculations
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all calculations are error-free. You should always verify critical calculations independently. EasyPep is not liable for any errors, miscalculations, or adverse outcomes resulting from use of the App.
5. Subscriptions
EasyPep offers a free tier with limited functionality and a paid subscription ("EasyPep Pro") for full access.
- Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
6. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
- You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- You acknowledge that the App is a calculator tool and not a medical device
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of EasyPep are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyPep and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health-related outcomes.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
